1. Our Commitment

[CLO REVIEW REQUIRED] AIOCANA Technologies Inc. is fully committed to complying with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL, S.C. 2010, c. 23). We obtain proper consent before sending any commercial electronic messages (CEMs).

2. Consent Types

[CLO REVIEW REQUIRED] We distinguish between express consent (opt-in via checkbox) and implied consent (existing business relationship). Express consent has no expiry. Implied consent is valid for up to 2 years after the last transaction or 6 months after an inquiry.

3. Unsubscribe Mechanism

[CLO REVIEW REQUIRED] Every commercial electronic message from AIOCANA includes a clear and prominent unsubscribe mechanism. We process unsubscribe requests within 10 business days as required by CASL.

4. Record Keeping

[CLO REVIEW REQUIRED] We maintain detailed records of all consent obtained, including the date, method of consent, and the purpose for which consent was given. Records are retained for the duration of the consent period plus 3 years.

5. Third-Party Communications

[CLO REVIEW REQUIRED] We do not share your email address or contact information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit express consent.
