2. Service Description

[CLO REVIEW REQUIRED] AIOCANA provides an AI-powered website building and renovation platform. Services include website analysis, content generation, hosting, and ongoing AI-assisted optimization.

3. Subscription & Billing

[CLO REVIEW REQUIRED] Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and subject to applicable taxes (HST/QST). Founding member discounts are locked in for the lifetime of an active subscription.

4. AI-Generated Content

[CLO REVIEW REQUIRED] Content generated by AI on our platform is provided as suggestions and requires human confirmation before publication. AIOCANA does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

[CLO REVIEW REQUIRED] You may cancel your subscription at any time. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. After the 14-day period, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Governing Law

[CLO REVIEW REQUIRED] These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
